This manufacturing facility is located on a 13-acre site.  The building was built with 7-foot high concrete panels with a metal building above.  The facility has 3,500 square foot of mezzanine, 7, 500 square foot of office space and 58,000 square foot of factory. The factory includes 2 fifteen-ton rail cranes and 1 thirty ton rail crane.  We have recently added 7,875 square foot to the factory for a new rebar area.
